Routed order không chỉ là cùng một đơn với supplier name khác. Commerce line có thể giữ nguyên trong khi provider, product model, variant, material, print area, artwork scale, cost, shipping path hoặc production job thay đổi. Nhiệm vụ acceptance là chứng minh đường sản xuất cụ thể vẫn phù hợp evidence đã được cửa hàng chấp nhận.

Routing giữ đơn tiếp tục, nhưng không chứng minh quality. Kiểm tra delta, chọn một decision và release một verified job.

1. Xác định boundary của routed order

Bắt đầu khi provider, product, facility hoặc production path của line hiện có thay đổi. Ghi route trigger, thời gian, current status và khả năng đảo ngược. Store-level policy được review riêng; record này chỉ quyết định một changed order có thể tiếp tục hay không.

2. Khóa năm order identity

Giữ commerce order, commerce line, storefront variant, provider product và provider job thành năm identity riêng. Liên kết original/routed jobs và cân quantity ở từng boundary. Store SKU không đổi không chứng minh blank hay print area không đổi.

3. Lập routed-delta register

So provider, region, model, manufacturer, variant, size, color, material, print method, print area, artwork scale/position, provider SKU, unit cost, shipping và status. Gán unchanged, accepted change, review required, unknown hoặc N/A. Unknown không bao giờ là unchanged.

4. Kiểm tra product và material

Xác nhận model, variant, material, construction, measurements, color, care wording và listing claims. Similar-product route cần review rộng hơn exact-product. Nếu specification hoặc baseline sample chưa chứng minh equivalence, hãy hold routed sample đầu tiên.

5. Xác minh print area và artwork

Mở exact routed production render. So print-area dimensions, file identity, scale, position, rotation, margins, important-detail clearance và mọi active area. Một scale shift nhỏ có thể chấp nhận với pattern nhưng sai với edge text, seam, pocket, wrap hoặc personalization.

6. Tính lại cost và promise boundary

Read back production price, shipping, tax/fee hiển thị, currency, quantity và total delta. Sau đó so destination, method, split expectation, delivery wording và expedited promise. Internal cost threshold không cho phép đổi product; estimate không phải delivery guarantee.

7. Phân loại quyết định

Chọn một class: accept khi evidence nằm trong tolerance; hold khi thiếu evidence hoặc authority; replace khi có path được kiểm soát khác; cancel khi không có route phù hợp. Mỗi hold phải có owner, required evidence, deadline và release condition.

8. Release đúng một production path

Tìm original, routed, duplicate, replacement và manual jobs. Chỉ một eligible job được sở hữu full line quantity. Block competing paths, release một lần rồi read back provider job, product, variant, file, areas, quantity, cost, method và status. Reopen sau route hoặc exception mới.
