These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our print-on-demand (POD) platform and related services. By registering, placing an order, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance and eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Services.
We provide a POD platform that allows you to design, order, and have customized products produced and shipped. We work with fulfillment partners and carriers; delivery times and availability depend on product, location, and third-party capacity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue features with notice where reasonable.
Acceptable use and prohibited content.
You may not use the platform for illegal purposes or to upload, submit, or order products that:
(1) Infringe any third party's intellectual property (copyright, trademark, right of publicity, etc.).
(2) Contain defamatory, obscene, hateful, or illegal content.
(3) Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any design or content you submit. We may refuse, remove, or cancel any order or content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law, without liability to you.
Orders, payment, and fulfillment.
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the product(s) on the stated terms. We accept payment via the methods offered on the platform. Prices are as displayed at checkout; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. We will use reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within stated timeframes but are not liable for delays caused by fulfillment partners, carriers, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and returns.
You may cancel an order before it enters production if the option is available. Once in production or shipped, our standard return/refund policy applies (see help center or order confirmation). Custom-printed products may be non-returnable except for defects; we will replace or refund defective items in accordance with our policy.
Intellectual property.
You retain ownership of designs and content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (as needed for production), and transmit your content solely to provide the services (e.g. produce and ship your order). We do not claim ownership of your designs. Our platform, branding, and materials remain our property; you may not copy or use them without our permission.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and our partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your content or designs (including any IP or other third-party claims); or (3) your use of the platform.
Disclaimer of warranties.
The platform and services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order(s) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred units of the currency in which you paid, whichever is greater.
Termination.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. indemnity, limitation of liability) will survive.
Changes.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and, where required, by email or other means. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
Governing law and disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
